As the leader of CallisonRTKL’s public sector work, Bill McCarthy uses his unique ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate them effectively to project stakeholders for government, applied technology, and security-intensive clients. While he excels in all aspects of project development and implementation, his specialty lies in combining infrastructure and aesthetics to develop technology-driven environments. Bill is an industry leader in the design of physical security. He was instrumental in the development of the ASCE Building Security Council and was one of the first certified professionals. His career has focused on creating workplaces that promote flexibility, creativity, and innovation across all strata of design.
