Canyon Falls

Canyon Falls provides residents with two separate amenity centers both conveniently located within the central preserved space. With more than 250 acres of preserved and maintained open space, residents have access to 10 miles of interconnected walking, hiking and biking trails, outdoor classrooms, educational trailheads, scenic overlooks, an activity barn and a pet-friendly park. The east amenity center has a unique architectural style that includes a welcome center, fitness facility, covered outdoor living area, a resort style pool and pool house, spray park, fitness lawn and a separate greenspace for community events. The facility also connects to the community trail system providing access to the regional trail system.

The west amenity center includes an additional swimming pool, restroom, playground and ample shade from a large pergola. The facility has a large park overlooking a natural creek, running the length of the green space. The creek spills into a community pond defining the eastern end.
