An exciting new residential-led mixed use development will provide over 370 new build to rent apartments on a site next to Edgbaston cricket ground.
The development includes studio apartments, one, two and three-bedroom residences and ground floor commercial units including retail, food and beverage and a gym. The mix of homes, commercial space and leisure facilities will create active frontages at ground level and the design will ensure that the maximum number of homes benefit from east, west or south facing aspect as well as private amenity courtyard space.
The proposals form part of the larger vision for the four-acre site around the stadium, which aims to transform the arrival experience of visitors to Edgbaston. This project is due for completion at the end of Q3 2023
