St Peter’s Lane

A new BTR development in the city centre, St Peter’s Lane will deliver 305 homes, complete with a variety of resident amenities, and co-working space at street level. The proposed scheme will transform an underutilised corner of the city centre on a site, currently occupied by a vacant Debenhams store. The project aims to reactivate the local streets and enrich the character of surrounding area, while also contributing to the neighbouring Church Gate Conservation Area through public realm improvements.

At mall level within the Highcross Centre, the parts of the retained Debenham’s storefront will be transformed into new, flexible retail units meeting the changing needs of retailers and shoppers alike, ensuring that Highcross remains an engaging retail destination for years to come.

Resident amenities include a rooftop lounge and terrace, street level amenity space and a landscaped courtyard that will be an oasis for the residents in the heart of the city.
