Global architecture, planning and design firm CallisonRTKL has won the Hangzhou Competition to design Qianjiang New City Phase II Neighborhood Centers. The Phase II commission is the firm’s second win. In 2018 CallisonRTKL was awarded the first commission, a collection of three residential-driven, mixed-use developments offering a unique blend of amenities, recreation and services to residents.
